Please help! Dunno where to start!!!!

OK (bit of background)in august, id been at my bank job (which was a different bank after the one id quite happily been working at for 3 years, merged)
I just hated it & cried every day & night not wanting to go in but finances wouldnt allow. Anyway i went to dr & he signed me off for 6 weeks with work related depression . After that period hubby said look i know we cant really afford to w.o you having another job lined up, but you cant afford to live like this your works making you ill! so i quit.
Then i got offered a really good job £18k pa & min £1k bonus pm g'teed, and waited forevere for the bank to do my ref so i coukd start the training course they took 2.5 mo to finally get my ref despite my million calls to head office anyway when the ref finally came it was WRONG:mad: and they took so long to finallky FAX the ref as i asked for in the first place that the job id been OFFERED was taken internally as they couldnt wait any longer!!!!! :(

I got a part time job in a pub so i still had time to go to interviews etc anyway it took me til end of jan to get a job! so now i got a really good job as pa to directors

*sorry THIS is the bit i need your help with*
I havent paid ANY bills since sept (maybe a couple that would accept a few quid borrowed off hubby) cos we were only on his wage!
so now i have a job im in a position to start paying stuff but there are so many & have been passed onto DCA's taht I dont know whos who or where to start....?

Bumping this one up for the OP - hopefully someone with experience of DCAs can help with ideas for the way forward.

Pay your priority bills first - house (rent/mortgage), council tax, any secured loans. Then utilities and other non-rpiority debts like c/cards, store cards etc.

Why not take a look at the Newbies post by MSE Andrea & post an SOA so we can take a look for you?
