Full and Finals

Please can someone help, I have debts tottaling appx £32000 with about 5 debt agencies, A family member has £17000 in savings and wish to offer full and final settlements with the agencies, Should they write to them making an offer ? or should i ? and how should i calculate how much to offer to who ? and what are the chances of them accepting ? I currently have a monthly payment plan with them but it will take me years and years to pay off at this rate.

Is your monthly payment plan formal through one of the debt charities?

If not, you really need to get your relative or someone else to do the negoitiuating, as it is not wise to do it your self. I would suggest that you edit your post above and ensure that Full and finals is in the title.

The arrangement was done by myself direct with the agencies, some were better than others.

HI There are template letters available for the correct process . If you email cccs they will sent details . But first are these debts with collection agencies? How old are they ? There maybe finds you should do first .

Hi, sorry what is cccs ? the debts are with debt agencies and have been for about 1 year
