Get 'Life on Mars' series 1 for next to nothing- Radio Times glitch

In this week's Radio Times (date on cover 23-29 Feb) page 58, there is an offer to subscribe to RT and receive a free box set of the first series of Life on Mars on DVD. You have to set up a direct debit to pay £30 every 6 months, BUT they have a money back guarantee that you may cancel at any time and receive a full refund on outstanding issues. So what's to stop you getting say, one issue delivered and then cancelling, while still keeping the DVDs? I've checked the fine print and can't see any reason why you can't do this. There is no mention of having to send the DVDs back if you cancel. Here is the wording from the website t's and c's:
Money back guarantee
You may cancel your subscription at any time and we will refund you for all the issues that have been not mailed.
How to do it:
Go to the post I've added to the vouchers and codes forum: here, follow the link through to the RT website and insert the code given (sorry, I'd give it here but would get told off!)
I think this is a great deal if you loved the series as much as I did- the only drawback I can see is having to pay the £30 up front and then asking for a refund...but worth it I think!
