Help!
I had a card through the post today from RMA Resolve, saying they are coming to my work (my mail is sent here because Im in the RAF) on Tuesday.
Im guessing they mean tomo as its not dated, there's no phone number on it, just an address and a reference number.
I think I forgot to make this months payment for my Amex card they hold the debt for.
Do you think someone will turn up at the guard room? Im a bit worried!
Thanks

Most unlikely that they will turn up at your work, jb. They are well known for this type of 'threat'.
Even in the unlikely event that someone did turn up - they would NOT be allowed to discuss your 'debt' with anyone but you, and could only ask to talk with you. You would be under no legal obligation to talk to them, or discuss your 'debt' with them, and they must leave immediately when you ask them to:

If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Rog is right.
This is intended to frighten you and get you to ring them. If they did turn up and anyone else found out why, you can report them to the Information Commissioner and ask for compensation.
If you are struggling finaically, it migh be an idea to put up and SOA and we may be able to help you.
Or contact one of the debt charities, if you have not already done so.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
