I rang just before xmas and they said they would giving away wireless routers in the new year. It may depend on your package you have purchased, but probably worth a phone call anyway.0

Hello,
Has anyone tried ringing Virgin and asking for a free one yet?
And which dept did you use? I have found the Non Uk custumer service to be somewhat lacking but when there transfer me back to the UK, the staff are great and very generous!0 -

I tried this in December, speaking to their "relations" people (if you say that you are planning to cancel, these are the people who offer good deals to persuade you to stay). They told me to buy a router of my choice and send them the receipt, and my account would be credited with the cost up to a maximum of forty pounds. Now I am trying to find the best router within the budget: not easy! (I am a cable customer and so need DSL).0 -
I have only just joined them so can't really suggest leaving can I?
Thanks
