Persil Bio Money Back

Hi everyone, I have only registered today so please forgive me for any errors.
Has anyone sent for, and received money back for purchasing a 1KG box of persil bio?.The offer was in the Sun newspaper a few weeks ago.
I sent my till receipt off and have not had anything yet.

Hi Carray,Yes I think you would need the coupon which was in the paper.

I bought 2 packs for £4 in tesco and sent the coupon off. However i forgot to include the ticket... never mind Tried my luck on the help line on the packet and the kind lady offered to send me out a try me free coupon as i had missed out. Aren't they nice. Just waiting for it. I was also put on a mailing list for special offers and samples.

I shouldn't be entitled as i was a wally by not including my reciept. However i will be chuffed with another coupon.

The more I think about it I am sure I can remember reading something about allowing 28 days for refund.
I sent mine off about 21 days ago so should be receiving it any day now!
I will let you know when it arrives.

i called 0800 834614
I mentioned i found the reciept that should of got sent off for the promotion - she was not sure of the promo and offered to send me out a voucher so i did not miss out on trying out persil. The voucher or should i say 2 x £2 arrived this morning. These are usable for anything in the range from vaseline intensive care to cif. There was also a competition to win £2500 bathroom and £1.25 of coupons off domestos. I feel rather pleased with myself. Hope this helps.
