Snowballing and snowflaking

I would probably split the money :rotfl: as I put 5ps,2ps and 1ps into my sealed pot; so at least 6p would go there. Not sure about the 30p... prob keep it and use it whenever I next go grocery shopping so I'm not spending my money that is in the bank which is easier to transfer. I tried to online snowflake before but got annoyed as I can only move £1 or more out of my current account so I always lost track or got confused by the time I had more than £1 to transfer!
Now I just do a payday/end of month sweep of anything left over from the month. Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

I prefer to take my lump sum for spending out on Friday, so that I can leave my debit card at home. And then when the cash is gone its gone. I overspent on my budget last week, but used my debit card. So I guess i am bemused about having 36p because really it belongs in my depleted current account. I like the idea of doing an end of month/payday sweep from my current account, so will do that at the end of this week. IF there is any left! So I might beat the 8p snowflake!0
