Hi Guys

I was one of the recent thousands who received a letter from Egg stating that my account was closing in 35 days - no suprise as I have been over my limit a few times recently so fall into the high risk category. I have now (Friday) received my new card from Egg - most confused!!! Now I don't know why they have sent me a new card if I cannot spend on it - any ideas??

I have the idea that Egg can't find a posterior part of their anatomy with their hands. :rolleyes: They certainly couldn't when I had a card.

Seriously though, I suspect a new card has just been automatically sent out. A case of the system that does that not knowing that they have cancelled any further spending on the account.

Yes it was due to expire end of March . They really do have no clue do they!!

Well cards are sent out automatically when they're due to expire so it's probably just been sent out by a computer. Just cut it up and forget about it.
