Dialaphone

Has anyone had any successes (or failures but hopefully not) in claiming cashback with Dialaphone?

Comments

  • From what I hear dialaphone are very reliable. We've got a few friends with them who have never had problems getting their cashback.

  • Excellent thanks! As my contract has ran out on my phone but my phone is still pretty good, i'm planning on getting the best deal (a TV and £190 cashback). The phone isn't that great, but I will put the sim in my current phone (they are the same network) and I will have a very decent TV and I will be £190 better off!
  • Hi my husband and I have used dialaphone for years and never had any problems as long as you send in your claim at the right time, they are strict with deadlines. Also when our contract has been up we have refered each other and got the bonus that way too.

  • Thanks. Do they give you the dates to send the claims in by? That's quite amusing about the referalls.
  • They are also reliable with the free gift hubby got a psp 2 years ago :)

  • I'm planning on getting the TV they have on offer at the mo. It's 19 inch LCD HD Ready with Freeview. My TV isn't in the shape it used to be and it hasn't got all the extras so it would be great to have it. :D

I did the TV deal in december, got the TV about 18-20 days later, no hassles. Haven't done the cash back yet, 1st one not due to redeem yet.

Also went through quidco to get £60 cashback, so worth checking that out too!

  • That's really great. I have a Quidco account so will def look on there.:D
  • Can anyone please advise me - I have just spoken with 02 to ask how to cancel my contract. Apparantly because I have been such a loyal customer and all that blah blah blah, they can now offer me a new phone, 800 mins and 1000 texts for £20 a month. (I am currently on £35 a month with 750 mins and 750 texts.) I don't want a new phone coz mine is fine and I like it, I only use about 300 texts a month now and my boyfriend has just changed to 02 so will now be using less minutes as we will be sharing calling more as it will now be cheper. That works out £270 cheaper over 18months which can go towards paying off my loan. Alternatively (and the choice I was going for) I can go to Dialaphone and stay on 02, get 600 mins and 500 texts (again, me and my boyfriend will be sharing calls so I won't use as many) and I will get a free TV worth £300- Mine's not great now and not got a great ariel and I can get £190 cashback by redemption. Any thoughts please?
