Hi, Just a thought, when you try and find out if you are in the right band, don't forget that you would have paid a premium if you moved into a brand new house, so I would suugest that you ignore the price you paid for your house and go by what It is worth now.If I work out what I paid for my house and work it backwards it works out to an F band. But If I go by what it is worth now and work it back it is an E. The council reduced my band to an E.
