750 pts for Tesco direct quiery

I'm getting 750 pts for Tesco direct -trouble is i don;t need anything but the minimunm spend i can get away with is £7.85 - is it worth spending £7.85 on something i don't need (remember money saving here!)to get 750pts??
I reckon most forumers would take up the offer- but still need to guage opinion

but it doesn't work! no minimum spend mentioned, but won't even work if I try it on a £50 spend experimentally. I notice on Paid to shop members have had the same code as me and they can't get it to work either. Will ring Tesco when I have time but it doesn't expire until 6th april.
