Weight loss diary/journal

Has anyone created one of these online? If so, can you recommend any sites etc?

Basically cannot afford to re join weight watchers, but have enough booklets etc to follow it myself. But i wanna create an online journal to track my progress and keep myself motivated.

Any help much appreciated. :D

  • Im more after websites that you can create just a simple journal page on as i wont be counting calories as such, but using weight watcher points.

But thanks anyway, i might give it a go and see how i get on.
