I too have had to send a car back to BCT. Sadly I could have afforded it now but there you go. In short, I doubt there's much you can do. All I can say is that they have been far more reasonable now than they ever were while I had the vehicle, and have allowed me to clear it at £20pcm.0

i have a car with bct and i have never dealt with such stuck up human beings in my life i lost my job but there werent interested
to be fair they can have the car back if i saved the money that i was meant to pay them for the car for the next six months i can buy myself a decent car and it will be mine
your right they are vultures they pick on people who are most vulnerable well they can have the car back and they can chase me for any monies owed and i advise any body who is consideringgetting car finance with them to think again i dont care if iteffects my credit i wont be bullied by anyone least of all them0 -
Unfortunately the human race is hell bent on making money to a point where pure greed takes over with companies such as BCT. I for one have car finance with them, and lost my job recently. Did they want to know? did they heck!!!!! Were they bothered? were they heck!!!!!! Ive had the car for over a year and half now, never missed a payment, untill recently. Oh how BCT have changed they attitude.....
I for one will not give the car back to them without a fight...even though i might be fighting a loosing battle. I even thought of going bankrupt so that the car would be classed as an asset in the courts eyes and for them to dispose of it how they feel fit. But iam not sure if that would be the case, or BCT would still be allowed to take the car back without court permission? Or would BCT have to get a court order to repo the car if you have paid over a certain amount. It seems to be quite hard to find out answers to these ind of questions, so if anyone can shed some light on this...much appreciated.0
