If you have a default registered on your credit file from either company then this will stay on for 6 years from date of default. This won't help when trying to look for the best credit deals.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!)
