Just googled it and the cheapest was £864.99 so you got a deal by the looks of it. Don't forget if you go to Dixons go via Quidco and get 3% cashback as well HTH;)

  • I would not buy this F/F from Samsung, it has lots and lots of probelm and Samsung customer service is useless. see other post.
  • The American style Samsung Freeze Fridge (F/F) RS21WCNS purchased in April 2008 has now been decommissioned by Samsung Engineer in August 2011. Samsung Engineer was called out to sort the ongoing noise and ice build up but he actually removed all the compressed gas and disconnected the fridge side of the Freeze Fridger and left in 10 minutes with saying what he has done. 8 hours after the engineer left the F/F totally packed up and all the food worth £100 was spoilt.

Now Samsung is saying that the F/F had a gas leak and their engineer had to make it safe from causing an explosion, but still its is out off 2 years warranty will only pay about 55% depreciation value. I am arguing that nearly 3 years old F/F should not have a gas leak and Samsung should not have decommissioned my F/F without my permission.

Can any one help me to prove that a compact system should not develop a gas leak in short time and it has a manufacturing (poor quality) fault. Also why did the engineer not modify the F/F for the noise and ice build up fault? Has any one got similar issue and managed to get a replacement F/F from Samsung?
