I can't offer any other advice than whats been said

but ithink i can get your £ thing working if you've got windows xp,

Down near the clock bottom right hand corner you should see a "EN" click on that, and click English (United Kingdom), you've probably got it set to US.
    hope that helps

  • Yes
I am so glad I found this site before my spending go out of control, well more than it already is!!! I am very lucky as my debt is not too large and unlike others, due to my own wants rather than needs.

Just a bit worried about how much time I am spending on all the diffrent boards tho

  • Hi am going to start a new thread for my debt free diary,
    to keep myself motivated

Just wanted to thanks all those who have offered advice especially the spending diary. It' really making me think about what I am spending and it is only day one!!

On another note Martins advice seems to be getting everywhere...................

Went into our local town today to pick up some train tickets and was walking back when a lady approached us and said "can I just give you ladies this magazine" I thought NO thinking she was a seller BUT no she had bought the magazine for the paint token as seen on the Martin Lewis website :money: so we got a lovely magazine free to read and it is one I normally buy but could not afford this month.

Sorry far waffle again :T THANK YOU :T
