Just had a call from credit company, I've been paying them £90 a month on agreement for last 5 months or so, I kept asking them to freeze interest, they wouldn't as what i was paying was paying them some interest so they wouldn't freeze it.
today they called me about the arrangement, a quick SOA, rent,utilities,council tax, food,phone, etc and other debts, (:eek: all from memory and all true :A )
they've agreed to freeze interest for next 3 months and lower repayments:j
they are gonna send confirmation in writing :T

It was a suprise. and a lovelly lady on the phone,very helpfull and understanding,
My card repayments go from £90 per month with about £70 per month interest, to £50 per month all off the total,,, I think they might be getting the £90 anyway,

Remember dont do anything over the phone. Only in writing so in case they throw a curveball you have proof of what happened. Photocopy anything you send back for proof.0
