    With things that you foil (jacket pots ect) I foil for the bulk of the time & then I take it off near the end to brown or crisp.

    I'd think this would work well with the chicken breast too.

    Remember shiny side inwards touching the food.
  • I do chicken stuffed with tarragon, lemon and a little garlic - goes down a treat for dinner parties.

    Thank you so much for the top tip. Will take it off/unwrap for the last 5mins. Actually think I may have stuffed with too much soft cheese but hey-ho :j

    I would take off foil for the last 10 mins;)
