Uses for Rye flakes

Just found a bag of Rye flakes due to expire next month. what can I do with them? I have forgotten why I had them.

    Antony Worrall Thompson uses them in a HM granola type cereal at the moment. I need some but have never seen them in the shops. WHere did you get them from? What brand are they?

    I had then from Holland & Barrett (own brand) & I think I may have got them to put in Muesli (no longer eat it).

  • muesli. bread, cakes. You could always grind them down and hide them in anything ie stews etc
