Subject: Win A Nile Cruise
Cruise the Nile in style in a dahabbiya – a private 19th century style wooden crafted river sailing vessel.
Common during the formative years of the 19th century, dahabiyyas were the sailboats of choice for the aristocracy and socialites of Europe’s elite, providing elegant comfort for them and their servants as they visited the rich treasures of the ancient Pharaohs. Beautifully crafted and serenely stylish they were the perfect way to negotiate the gentle waters of the Nile.
Bales Worldwide, with its fleet of three dahabbiyas, is the only UK tour operator to offer this unique travel experience. All vessels are fitted out in colonial style with oriental and Egyptian touches and each of the six cabins has its own individual decoration and unique intimacy rarely felt on Niles cruises.Competition Terms & Conditions
