    Emailing them is all well and good but your always better phoning. I emailed about a delay in delivery and tried to get my delivery cost back, didnt work but when i rang I managed to get someone to refund it. You never know the advisor might refund this charge if you ring. They can fob you off by email.
    No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:

    ZG754 (£30 of £60 spend new customers) just worked for me online.

    Last time I tried it didn't work so I had to phone up to use it.

    I moved house a few months ago so I registered again as a new customer with a different card and this time it went through OK. I wander if they'll spot I'm not actually a new customer? I'll keep everyone updated :)

    It worked :-) the £30 discount was applied yesterday. All without making any phonecalls.

    I wander why it doesn't always work? :confused:
