Factory Shops In Lancashire?

Anybody know of any decent ones with bargains to be had?

Any particular area you are interested in?

There are a few near me - but more seem to be discount/outlet places.

There is 'Junction 12' on the M65 (@ Junction 12 in Nelson) sells clothes, shoes some bedding and bits and bobs at cheap-ish prices.

Barden Mill - Burnley - sells fabric, mens suits, ladies and mens wear, furniture, books, gifts, bric a brac, footwear.. has a nice tea room. Across the road and around the back of some industrial units is a large discounted clothes shop. I have got some very cheap good mens suits from there over the years. They also have a bit for bathroom and kitchen suitesThe name escapes me and I don't think it's well advertised.

Boundary Mill - Colne (my home town) to be honest you can get some good deals, but I haven't the patience most days with the elbowing, grabbing, miserable, poe faced customers (and some staff) I have to wander around with.

Sherrys Towel Mill - Sells Towels.. and bedding. They are in Padiham (nr. Burnley).

Oswaldtwistle Mills - Oswaldtwistle. - Lots of little stalls - a good health/herb shop there last time I went.

Ahrghh - there are loads of little places - depends what you want?

My mum is normally a mine field of information for this type of stuff. Will find out more for you when you explain what area and products you are looking for.

How about the Antler factory shop in Bury... got all my holiday luggage there, good for purses, bags and briefcases also

Cheers Bohobecky, I know of most of these but not the one whose name you could not remember - may give that one a try, & still not been to Barden Mill so could do both together.
I suppose I was a bit vague in the original post, but just after a bargain - last place I went to was Farmhouse Biscuits, near you in Nelson - can't believe how much cheaper it is in there than the supermarkets!

I don't know the name of it but there is one on Burnley road in Todmorden. This bit of Tod is just over the yorkshire border....that ok? :-)
