its the exact same outifts, with the black shoes, that are making me sway towards that... but i'm only 19 so probably if i think its that, then it's anything but

I've checked out Gold Diggers of 1933/1935 and 1937 as well as 42nd Street and some other dance related films and they all look similar to the picture but I can't find the exact screenshot!
