Hi all
Just found this offer in an email to me from a company called tec7, apparantly they are in the House of Fraser stores. Tv looks good spec and the warranty gives peace of mind...does this seem a good deal, I need a second tv for the dining room, it's 599.99
This is from the website, but it isn't transactional, so have to go to a store
Panasonic 42px7b
regards

I have seen tec7 in house of fraser stores when I was in Birmingham and Meadowhall. they have good stuff. I was expecting high prices, so did not buy then but later found their prices cheaper than currys and johnlewis. also they seemed to have newer models. can anyone confirm this?
Thanks0 -
This seems a really good price!
Cheapest on froggle is around the £650 mark0 -
This tv is outdated
HD Resolution on 720p not really worth it as 1080p tvs are comming down in price.0 -

No its got a 1080p processing chip set which means it scales down a 1080p picture to 720p
this is cos the resolution is only 1024 x 720 pixels making it 7200 -

Not only is it not 1080p, it's not even proper bloody 720p!Number of Pixels
(TH-42PX7) 786,432 (1,024 x 720) pixels
Spend your money on a telly that will actually do proper 720p.They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
I'm not aware of technical details.
All I know is that I purchased on from Tec7 in Oxford street and the images is VERY VERY good. the upscaling chip does seem to improve picture quality.
I'm very happy with mine!0
