and put together your statement of affairs. This will show possible areas that can be changed to help things balance out.
It is sometimes scary to see the figures written down, and many say they feel physically sick doing it, but it really is the biggest step you will take. Once you know what you are dealing with, you can deal with it. If you don't face it, then you are opening yourself up to all the things you have "ignored" coming and biting you on the bum at some point.
