CCA question

I went to the CAB today to drop off my debt pack and they photocopied my bank statement and everything. I still want to try and get my CCA from my creditors but as my debts are now in the hands of the CAB, should I try and get my CCA from them or should I let the CAB do it? Also, I haven't paid anything on my Provident loan for about 8 months as I had been on the phone with them numerous times giving them my new address when I moved yet I haven't heard a single thing from them since, no-one's been around to collect any money. I'm really, really worried it's gone to a DCA or even worse, I've got a CCJ that I know nothing about because they've been sending letters to my old address when I've clearly told them I've moved. I've checked my credit report online and there's nothing on there.
Any advice is appreciated

Some cab advisor's are happy to do the CCA requests. Can't do any harm to ask. At the very least, if you send a CCA request it's advisable to let the CAB advisor dealing with things know.
It's unlikely you have a CCJ. You say you checked your credit reports? Have the records linked your details from the old to the new address? That should have happened automatically when you informed anyone else of a change in address.
If the Credit Reference Files show other details from your previous address but no CCJ, then it's even less likely you have one.
Even if you did, if you have proof you informed them of the change of address then you could have it set aside by the court.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I just rechecked them and it has my parents address back on it. Unfortunately I don't have any proof that I told them my change of address as I only made telephone calls. In retrospect I should probably have backed it up with a letter.0
