  • If you've re-applied to the court for a determination and also a transfer to your local court it's possible that the determination will be heard at the final hearing for the charging order.
  • We were told the CCJ and CO will be treated as one,never been to court but was told if we don't go the creditor will get the CO.

  • Sounds about right. Usually the judge will deal with the determination first and if the judgment remains forthwith the final order will in all likelihood be made.
