I need a short single bed.

I need to buy my daugter a new bed but she has a very small room. The bed can be no longer than 180cms long. Does anyone have any ideas where I can get one.

ive had the same problem. Only solution i have seemed to have found is an argos junior divan or getting one made.

I think Ikea do small beds (that extend as the child grows). Can't really say what they are like though.

Go to a local, small, (independent) bed shop, and ask. When I was in the trade, we could get any size bed made to order. Make sure you barter the price.

Have you a BlindCraft place nearby? I know that years ago my mum bought my brother a 4ft wide, extra long bed (6ft 6in, instead of the normal 6ft 3in) from there. But I don't know if they still do custom sizes - that was many years ago.

Easy, Buy A Wooden Bed, Measure The Length You Need And Then Saw Off The Ends And Then Screw End Of Bed Back On, It Worked In Our Smallest Bedroom And The Mattress Still Fit.
