Sending requests etc by Recorded Delivery

Hi Folks,

Just a thought.

I have read on here how DCA'a copy your signature if you signed your letter.

When you post a letter via Recorded Delivery, fair enough there will be proof of posting it to the address and perhaps a signature BUT has any one come across a situation where by they have rejected the contents??

After all how can you proof the content of the letter (even if you had a copy)? What's to stop them saying they received a blank envelope??

I suppose this could work either way.

This has bin bugging me for a while now and will appreciate all your fine expertise answers.....

Thanks in advance.
