hi all, we were on holiday to corfu last year and came back with a jar filled with the local honey and what looks like pistachios - some cut up some just halved - i have no idea what to use this for so any sweet/savour dishes that you think this would be good for please let me know - bbdate april so want to use it up!

    I 2nd the Greek yoghurt. Put some sliced banana or berries in there as well.

    If you don't want to use it up all on its own, then how about taking a basic flapjack recipe (basically porridge oats, butter, sugar and golden syrup) and adding in your honey and pistachios? It would make lovely "Tracker"-style bars and much better for you than the mass-produced stuff. My kids eat every version of this and it means you can sneak in nuts, seeds (chocolate) etc etc. I would have thought your honey and pistachio would taste yummy!
