    i am at my heaviest ever i have put on 2 stone in a year i would love to lose 2-3 stone. doc keeps saying 'recover' first i'm like 'stomach staple' plz

    i did give up 20 a day habit at the same time

    I Joined WW in Dorchester last week Jacs, Not a bad group, if you want some moral support and fancy joining me its a monday night 6:30

    Aww, you will get there and its hard work giving up. You could join a group to motivate you, or you could follow some of smutty tips on here- either way would burn up cals;)

    :A bless ya for offering but it would be a 24 mile round trip i could do with having a friend that would come to the one in the next village:D

    If I were a bit closer and petrol wasn't soooo expensive I would come with you. You will get there eventually I need to loose about a stone but its soo hard

  • There's a sw thread on one of the boards itcould help and save money as well. There is also one for all the groups.

    do you wanna know something surprising i have been smoking since school as an adult 20-25 a day for 15 years i had to have an op in sept i got up the morning of the op had 2 brews 2 fags and have not touched one since i was in hosp 3 days come home and the urge has completly gone:T

    i'm not quite up for the karma sutra yet ...hence the ky:D
