No Money to pay my debts

Hi, I have a seriouse problem, I had to move because of a seriouse problem with neighbours, however I now cant find a job and I owe 7000 on cards and catalogues with a minimum monthly payment of 600, what can I do, Iv tried to find a job but I can get one
I would really appreciate any help im now a month behind with the repayments but iv been here for 2/3 months and still couldnt find/get a job
