You have given us no information on which to base an opinion.
What is your net salary? How much is your mortgage payment? Is there any equity in your house? Do you have a bank account - have you approached them?
Have you seen a recent copy of your credit files to see what's on there?
You will also need a statement of affairs with two columns - one with a complete record of all income, the other with expenditure (every penny!) and go to the Debt free wannabe board for more advice.
Your late payments on your mortgage may make a big difference to the rate you may be offered on such a big loan.
Your present lender and bank would be your best bet in my opinion (unless you remortgage the whole lot - not advisable as you will be paying interest on the debts until the maturity of the mortgage) -if they say no then be very afraid of companies like First Plus etc.0
