P87 and company lease cars????

Hi

I have company lease car which i pay the lease ,my company give me 11p a mile and i want to know if i can claim the 40p a mile back from the tax man for business mileage as i have to pay for my own fuel.

    If you are saying that you pay for all the running costs of the car, then you can claim 40p/25p per business mile, less the 11p paid by your employer.
    If I was you, I would also check to make sure that it wouldn't be more advantageous to claim for the actual cost of your business miles.
