Remortgage to clear debts?

Hi all - first post and been meaning to get sorted for a while.I have a One Account mortgage with approx 52K owing.Have a loan of approx 7k and credit cards outstanding of 14k. I have just changed jobs and earn approx 36K my wifes on abt 12k.been juggling for too long now.i have kids going to uni I think a remortgage is best option and going fixed for next 5 years is best option.What do you moneysavers think? My house is valued at 140K and have limited savings

I would CCA the credit cards and loan, cut the cards up, and go from there. I personally would do anything to avoid remorgaging to clear debts.0
