    It's on Hot deals uk, or in todays Mirror it is instore only, but the 2 stores in Leicester, I have spoken to know nothing about it, it says offer ends Thursday

    what do you mean black lite? so is that slim line or the chunky one? i was looking at a second hand one in my paper for £30 but would buy breand new for £50 and clubcard points!

    I think she properly means the slimline one regarding 'lite'.
    Plus generally think the slimline ones are the ones sold new. Not sure they sell the chunky ones brand new anymore.

    Phoned 0845 :mad: Milngavie (nr Glasgow) and in true Tesco style the CS assistant didn't have a clue about what I was talking about.
    Phoned Silverburn and they sold out of the 2 they had this morning. Phoned St Rollox and when they eventually answered I heard another assistant say in the background that 'No they don't have any and it isn't in any of the papers either'! The lady I spoke to didn't repeat this to me though.

    Possibly only in English edition? Sometimes you get offers we don't as the editions are very different.

    They have only sold the slim one, new, in stores for years, because they found out the old large one could easily be chipped, hence its second hand appeal

    Maybe, but more like a officious sales assistant, as people have got the offer in Bathgate and Irvine, both Scotland and the guy at Silverburn knew what I was talking about.
