Free Drinks at Pizza Hut Takeaway!

Just found out today that if you go to Pizza Hut and order a takeaway, you can ask for complimentary drinks while you wait for it to be made. This seemed to be a large glass of pop but you could try asking for others. Hope this is useful to someone!!!:D

Worked for Pizza Hut; its more at the servers discretion, as some would make you pay for a take away cup, but I always allowed the customer as it meant tnothing to me.

Its the soft drinks as they cost next to nothing and staff get to drink as much as they want (or can :rotfl: ) anyway. Every so often I got someone asking for a cup of coffee which we're not meant to give away as that costs but it depends on the server and how busy they are. I wouldn't give a cup if I was run off my feet as I didn't have time to stand next to the coffee machne and brew.
They shouldn't make you pay for the drink and if they do, ask to see a manager and complain, this might get you some money off your pizza too.

As the drinks are chilled anyway, why not ask for 'no ice' when you order the drink? In my experience, all Pizza Hut pepsi is watered down.......so adding ice will water down the drink further.;)
