Can anyone help with the cheapest security camera

Hi,

I need to buy a security camera to fit outside my house its a very long story but the short version is it will be easier for the police to make an arrest should my house be attacked or if I am threatned again. Im not really sure what I need it would be better if it was wireless but Im guessing that these will be more expensive? At a push I could get someone else to drill holes for me. I would like to be able to record onto my TV and hopefully it wont cost too much money.

Thanks in advance for your replies. Im pregnant and I have a 4 yr old and 2 yr old and Im hoping that this might act as a deterrent or proof if anything does happen as my hubbie often works long hours and Im feeling a bit vunerable.

I went to a Maplin shop and the assistant showed me a choice on offer. I got one that was about £50 and it's now plugged up to the video facing out of the window. There were a choice of indoor and outdoor ones there. Maybe you could get to one of those shops and find which suits you best?

aldi's had some security camera 'wireless' last week , you could check your local one and see if they still have some, our one had some still in yesterday, and it was cheap as well
