Hi All,
I received my BT phone bill today...saying they want the £22.26 tomorrow!
I rang them up and after speaking to someone in outer mongolia, they told me that due to my complaint last month, they have issued me with a £50 refund.
Therefore, the £22.26 has already been debited from that refund so I don't need to pay it, and they are sending me a cheque for the remainder to my new property (which I am going to attempt to move into tomorrow!)
HOWEVER
I check my online banking to find Sky have taken £54.00 from it instead of the usual £29. I saw red and rang up kicking off. Because they bill a month in advance and because I took advantage of a month's free upgrade to the full package, the "system" has automatically debited the full package amount.
So...I cancelled the Sky. I'm moving home, can't be bothered paying £50 for a new dish and can't be bothered with the hassle of it all anymore!
SWINES!
