I'm trying to find one of the OS recipes and I'm sure it must be staring me in the face. I can't remember the name, but it is a sponge cake mix put into bowls and topped with a thick mixture of water and hot chocolate (or cocoa) and then cooked. The watery mixture sinks to the bottom and becomes a fab thick chocolate sauce.
I've made it before but it was ages ago and I fancy doing it tonight.
Help please!

I've just sat at my desk madly shaking a glass jar with a splash of hot water in it which has the tiniest scrapings of chocolate sauce around the sides of the jar. I'll use that as part of the liquid that is poured over the top.
No point in wasting good chocolate!"Stay Wonky":D
