Hi there
sorry if this is in the wrong place or has been covered. Inspired by what I have read here I joined quidco a couple of days ago as I am about to change my fuel provider. Now I can't even remember if I set up BAC with them at this point or not - how can I check? The other thing is that I am pretty computer illiterate and was reading about tracking, cookies and all sorts of things - do I have to do anything about these things?

Hi weemissy,
Just a few details - set up a BAC with who? Quidco or the new fuel provider? There are different ways to check with both. If its Quidco - just go to your settings and that should show what details Quidco have with you. If its the provider, a phone call might suffice.
Tracking is a simple way to keep track of your activities within Quidco - A cookie is a simple document that hold details of what you did and any personal details you enter (not security ones like bank details but name or email address and the web pages you visited - hence the reason why Quidco can track where you've been). Enquiries are were you believe a transaction has not been tracked and its very easy to do - if you get stuck - ask some one but I don't think you need to do an enquiry just yet if you've just joined.'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' : Member number 632
