They did the same thing last year but it covered all consoles then. This year was sponsored by...you guessed it Microsoft, so it was all X-Box stuff.
For the majority of the hours, most items were snapped up in the first 90 seconds. From what I saw, there were always 50 of each item at the top of the hour but I would love to know how many consoles they sold at £49.99 when midnight struck...0 -
it's still ticking down at the top?!0

Officially ends at midnite.. but nothing left to buy.
IF they did another offer at midnite.. it wud go beyound 00:00, so it has definitely finished.
There were 25 XBOX's.
Sponsored by Microsoft and was dated 24.07 , hence the 24/7 thingBe nice0 -
Good Post, but I missed it
They did the same thing as part of the governments ecommerce initiative, but the offers were hopeless! ie £5 an ancient game etc... Waddle you do eh?0 -
Your right! 23:00 would be last offer as they'd keep it up 1hr to sell out. Although they're selling within 2 mins. If a 00:00 offer came up, it would have to be up till 1:00AM so it ain't going to happen.
2 bargins in the bag but 5.5hrs till work - Time to call it a night

They also had some great PC games in store as well when I was in there today - Half-Life 2 for £14.98, Doom3 for £14.98, Battlefield 1942 triple set (original plus 2 expansion packs) for £14.98. I had to restrain myself really hard to not buy any of these

That happened on each of the three items I wanted to buy.
I was logged in ready and got to the 'Submit' order part within 15 secs of the turn of the hour... still nothing. Gutted.0
