Ended up with one from gamestation in weymouth this morning - no queues at 9am. £38 with three trade-ins.

Have got one reservation for argos weymouth going begging if anyone wants it - good until tomorrow night. PM me if you want it.

Shep Bush W12 Argos still have some but for some unknown reason you are not allowed to return it even if used and box not touched. Is this legal?

Just picked mine up but not happy to be told you are not allowed to return the item. Can anyone shed any light on this?

I would guess that it's something to do with the fact that it contains software. I'm not sure exactly what Argos' policy is on returning unwanted software - but I would guess that it's in line with most other shops - ie they won't accept software as a return if you simply don't want it, as you may have copied it etc etc. (regardless of the fact that you need the hardware - ie the board to use the software)
However, if you get the item home and it simply doesn't work or is broken - then you have statuatory rights to take the item back and get a replacement that does work.

Just been on to Gamestation as my order still says processing. Can confirm all orders were posted last night for delivery today. Did receive an e-mail Invoice 5am.
Ps They said their website details had not been updated as they were busy sending them out.
