Wii (FIT) fitness now WHERE TO FIND (UPDATED 27/4)

that somebody posted that first comment, and then someone posted that second comment. it's all getting out of hand ....

We put our front of store display together this afternoon, including a sign saying 'wii fit in stock now', to save mucking about after 8pm when we close.

Before I had chance to put the 'pre-order yours now to guarantee a copy in the morning' sign up, a woman came up to me saying 'have you got some in stock then' and I said 'yes, but it's not available to buy until tomorrow', so she said 'that's false advertising, that' .. I said 'no it isn't, we do have it in stock now, just can't sell it until the morning'

Anyone in Rotherham who can get out of bed for 9am will be able to pick one up no problems. It's all the people who are checking online who are struggling because, despite their track records, NO online retailer can cope with pre-orders for a title like this. End of. Hence all these shenanigans !!

I'd take it personally if; a) you knew me from adam, b) you seemed to have the intelligence to constuct a sentence without being offensive or c) any of your statements were remotely accurate.

I think I'm going to have two arrive as well. If anyone in the Sheffield area wants one at cost price then PM me - I think I paid about £61 for the Dixons one, less Quidco.

got my "dispatch" email from tesco also

so thanks to MSE I got WiiFit for £59 and Mario Kart [couple weeks ago from Amaxon] for £20 thats superb :beer:

PS I don't mind waiting a day or two extra for my games if I can save £10 or £20 ;-)

Still pondering heading to a 24 Hour Tesco for midnight (god it's worse than Harry Potter!) or a normal store for their opening - but seeing the various reports on it's price I don't know whether to - has anyone else seen it at £55.71? I called the 24 hour store but their entertainment section had closed for the night.
