If YOU DID GET THIS I WOULD CALL THEM, Quote your order number, (just a thought you have your order ref, go into your HMV account put in your order REF this should bring up your details etc it might say despatched and then give you the tracking number)
if this does not work i would call them, (it might take same time to get to them but do not hang up once you made the call)

Nope all i have ever had is 2 emails.The first saying thanks for your order when first placed and then the final one a couple of days ago saying it's on it's way and will be here in 2-5 days etc etc.There is an order number and that's it no tracking number.If i log in to my account on their site it's just the same i have an order number.It says click on it for details but as i said it's not clickable:/

I've just spoken to Argos & they said that if I accept the package then I can't return it for a refund. They said the only thing I can do is to refuse the package, then call Argos up the next day & say that you refused the item & they will request a refund. Not sure how long this would take to be refunded. Is your other wii fit from another company, or both Argos? Maybe you could take the Argos one back to the other company for a refund.

Phone them if you can , make sure you hang on until you get put through.

Phoned John Lewis who confirmed that they will have them in stock tomorrow but can't take any orders

Phoned Argos who said they won't have any in stock.
