Where did you order yours from? Im getting mine on preorder from Tesco and cost me £59 and few pence. So only about £5 difference for me.
Just been up the little local shop where my friend works and have been talking to her about it. She said the lady who lives up the road has already got hers too. Ive asked her to find out for me where she got it from.
Does anyone else know yet where they are being sold early?
It's £65 on their site?

I ordered it from HMV as i thought they were all the same price everywhere at £69.99.It probably wasn't in stock in Tesco's when i ordered anyway:rolleyes:
So it is £55 on Friday in Tesco's:rolleyes:Darren0 -
You can get Toejam and Earl on the Wii for 800 Wii Points from the Wii Shop Channel for the Virtual Console. Obviously you need to have your Wii hooked up on-line and have some Wii points to spend. Not sure if you need to have the Classic Controller too or whether you can use the Wiimote. My Wii Fit should give me enough points to buy this very soon - can;t wait for both !!!
Can you PM me details of how Wii points work?! I have had my Wii about a year and still dont really know what they are or how to get them!2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0 -

Basically it's a way of paying without paying cash.
You buy so many points at a suitable cost, (it's £15 for 2000 in the UK,) and the box contains a code that you enter onto the Wii. This credits you with points you then use to buy downloadable games or other content that may be available in the future.
The beauty from Nintendo's point of view is they don't have to deal with the cash on an individual basis, (although you can buy online via a credit card) and once bought they have your money, you can't refund them for cash nor transfer them. They can also make the cards in set units and use the recommended retail price to effectivly set the cost of a download. In an ideal world a 1000 point game costs the same everywhere in real terms, but it means they don't have to prices it to each currency, just say xxx points and thats it.
You can also collect starts (they come with games and consoles) and trade them for Wii points albiet it a miserly rate...0 -

Im not getting mine till Saturday or Monday. Im really gutted. Looked forward to this sooo much and have been wondering when i will get it so have just phoned them up.
I ordered with Tescos on 18th March and when i check my account it says in stock and estimated despatch Fri 25th April. Ive not ordered anything before on preorder so wasnt sure if you actually got the item on day of release. Ive just rang them and the woman said it will be sent out on Friday. So will get here Sat or Mon.
My daughter booked a days holiday from work on Saturday (paid as shes owed days) so she can stay late Friday playing on it. Got to tell her now. I turned down going out for a nice meal and drink to stay in for this. I also had a hosp appt which i changed for the following week cos of this so i could be in when delivered. Bet your all thinking sado lol. Im not honest. Im just addicted like so many, who normally dont go or have never been on a games console before. My last one was a Sega Megadrive about 15 years ago.
What i dont understand is how come some stores ship them the day before so the customers get them on the release day. Why cant they all do this.It is better to contemplate writing a malicious comment that can make you appear stupid, than to write and confirm it.0 -
