  • Pre-ordered with GAME for £69.99 who have the availability date as 25-04 (European release date). They also have the policy that if the price of the item rises, you still pay the pre-order price..

    given that you are only using the chip to play back ups of games you already own then of course - because the balance board will have been in the pack you paid for.

    Anything else is illegal.
