I would imagine the game will play in whatever language your console is set to - I bought a game from amazon.fr and the manual was in french, but the game still played in english. So manual probably won't be english, but to be honest you don't need a manual it's all explained on screen and very simple.

I think the manual comes in multi languages at least mine does which I got from Amazon UK

I've just received my Wii Fit from ordering through Amazon France ... costs the same as here.

I pre-ordered with Woolworths and never received the bloody thing after they sent a second one too!! Not a happy shopper.
