last year had a bit of a breakdown, sold my lovely home in bedfordshire and moved back to america and bought a huge house for cash. Problem is now I think I want to come back to the UK(must be crazy huh) as all my family are there. the other problem is I left alot of bills unpaid -loans credit cards etc. before that I had A1 credit. If I do come back and pay off all my debts how will my credit rating be affected and will I ever be able to buy another house or get credit

Generally defaults etc stay on your file for 6 years. You may have CCJs etc against your name and your credit rating is going ot be pretty much smashed. the only way you'll know is by coming back and fighting it all head on.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
Que sera, sera.
