Forget the propaganda the government puts out to supposedly help you stop smoking, 'cause it doesn't work, they don't want you to stop, they're making billions out of us.
This books not free, but you'll save a fortune in fags & backy.

I smoked for 22 years & I spent most of it trying to 'give-up'. Then this book showed me how I could 'STOP' my addiction forever. I was encouraged to smoke whilst reading, then the message hit me like a brick & I never wanted to smoke again.0
